Im in highschool and i want to ask this girl out but i dont know how, never had any experience and i just stopped being a shy person. Ive hung out with her a couple times but never really accomplished anything. We are not in the same group so i dont know how to go up to her during school. We both smoked weed but she has rejected my offer to smoke together twice. I think i may have ruined my chances though because she was told a rumor about me and her and she blamed me for it.

The rumor could be the perfect "in" with her. You can walk right up to her (boldly) and say, "I think you've heard something about me that isn't true. I respect my reputation and would like to talk to you more about your perspective. Let's get together after school. Which is better for you, Thursday or Saturday?"
Pure, simple, effective and to the point.
