Expert: Dr. Dennis W. Neder - 2/16/2011

Greetings Dr. Neder
I am a college student and i request your assistance.  In one of my classes there is a girl that I am interested in getting to know.  I know what things to say in conversation and I have the right mind set towards women.  My problem is that I have absolutely no window of time to talk to her.  The only time I see her is in class during mondays and wednesdays.   I can't speak to her at the beginning of class, because she walks into the room the very minute the professor walks in, and he begins the lesson once he steps in and closes the door.  I also can' talk to her at the end of the class, because by the time I am packed and leaving the room, she is already sitting down in her next class which is just a door or two down the hall.   I am going to be honest with you and say the last time I said anything to her was three weeks ago after catching up to her just in time in the hallway after class to say "Hi".  I am very interested in her, but it kills me to not be able to get a word in edge wise.  So my question to you sir is.  What can I do to achieve that window of time Idesire?

Hello Brent!

Simple: ask for it.

Do this: write up a quick note before you get to class. In the note just say, "Hey! I've been wanting to talk to you for a couple of weeks, but we're both so busy I never get the chance. Wait for me after class or let's plan to have lunch in the next couple of days."

Then, fold it and hand it to her right when you walk in or when you see her walk in.
