Hey I want to ask this girl out and everytime I see her I chickin out. Se is so beautiful and I have never felt this way about a girl before. How do I muster up the courage to ask her and what should I say to her?

Hello Kyle!

To begin, here's what you don't do: you don't wait around until everything is "perfect" because nothing is ever perfect and you'll never get to asking her out.

You've got to get over feeling afraid of asking girls out. There's no reason for it! Girls are just like you - they want to meet and spend time with someone that is fun and interesting and you're fun and interesting, right?

What you do is decide absolutely that you're going to ask her out this next week. Tell yourself that you're going to do it no matter what. No excuses.

Then, the very next time you see her, tell yourself, "do it now!" and walk over and just say "Hello! You seem like a pretty cool chick from what I can tell. Let's get together next weekend or soon so I can learn more about you. Write your number down here..." and hand her a paper and pen.

It's really that easy! Note that I didn't can "Do you want to go out?" or "can I ask you something?", etc. I just told her what I wanted her to do - write down her number and gave her what she needed in order to do it.

You see, Kyle, if you spend your life waiting for the perfect moment, it'll never come. Then other boys who don't wait will go over and snatch up the things you want. Don't let fear decide what type of life you're going to lead - everyone is afraid of doing something new. It's the people that don't let it affect them that get what they want.
