How can i build my confidence with ladies? I don't know how to conversate with them

There's a mistake most guys have - that confidence is something you "own". It's not. It's something you get to borrow from time to time. Sometimes you're confident and sometimes you're not.

You're right in thinking that being confident is an important factor in dealing with women however. Women report confidence as the most important factor in the men they choose to date.

What you lack isn't confidence however, it's education. Imagine you knew exactly how to approach women and knew that you'd be able to talk to them anywhere, any time you wanted. Would your confidence be high then? You bet.
