I have been basically having frienship/sex with a women for 3 years I now have found myself wanting more then just sex. She for the 3 years wanted more than the friend/sex thing, however I seem to have put something in place now that she can't adjust to the "relationship" concept now. I have shared with her my interest in taking it to another level however now she seems to prefer the friend/sex thing. What can I do?

Hey, Ray. Thanks for your question. One way to upgrade the existing relationship from sex to sex and other things is SPENDING TIME WITH A WOMAN OUTSIDE OF BED AND GETTING TO KNOW EACH OTHER NON-SEXUALLY. Commit to doing things with her WITHOUT having sex at the end of that date every once and a while. And see - do you guy enjoy spending time without sex, do you find each other interesting, funny, and engaging? If not, she is probably not the one for you. And if you do, she will also want to mean more to you than she does today.
