I'm trying to get with this one chick. She moved 3 hours away, but i beleive she expressed interest in me. I smoke and drink and she goes to church and despises the habit. Any tips to get her to like me for who i am and not what i do?

Tom, she's 3 hours away for piss sakes! How in the hell do you ever expect to build any sort of relationship with her? Over the phone? Via email? Via carrier pigeon? Forget it!

In effect, what you're saying is that there are no other great women right there in your own backyard. How lazy can you be?? OF COURSE there are great women right there. More important, you can have a real relationship with these girls. You can't with Ms. 3-Hours Away!

Further, your lifestyle and hers don't match. That's not as nearly as tough as the distance issue, but it's also huge.

Really. I don't want you to waste your time and energy with this one. Go meet some great women right there where you are and forget this one. You'll either do it now and save yourself all that time or you'll do it later only to realize I was right.
