Yes, There's this girl in my school that i want to talk to but I dont know how to get her attention. How should I start off, and what should I do first?

Why not get one of those big fruit hats and a grass skirt. You'd definitely have her attention then!
The key to any approach is "context". Context is simply asking yourself what you and she have in common at that very instant at that very time and place. It's that simple. Obviously you and she go to the same school, so there's one piece of context. You also live in the same town so there's another, etc.
What about these things gives you something to talk to her about? Maybe one of the teachers or some event or gissip that's going on around school. You could even comment on something she's wearing or carrying. Frankly, ANYTHING is a good choice to break the ice EXCEPT a compliment. Don't ever compliment a girl's look when you first approach. It's extremely weak and you have nowhere to go. Further, saying something like, "You really have pretty eyes" will kill off your chances. After all, she didn't make those eyes - they were given to her.
