Hello, i recently met this girl through my friends girlfriend, and we have gone on double dates with them about 2 times. i really want to see this girl again, but i dont know how to approach it. She has a boyfriend that she told my friend that she would like to be with me, considering her boyfriend can only see her like 1 day a week. She has been on the rocks with him for several months, and my friend says that she will probably break up with him. She also told my friend that she likes me and could definitely see herself with me in the future. I dont know how to communicate with her, i dont have her number, and she doesnt talk to me online, even though im on too. Is she playing the "hard to get game"? I think about her all the time and i really want to see her again? How do i get this to happen, and what should i do to progress our relationship?

Perhaps seeing you is the little "push" she needs to break up with her boyfriend?

It sounds like she's waiting for you to make a move here. Why don't you call your friend and get the girl's number from his girlfriend? Then, just call her up and tell her that you'll meet her up next weekend.
