What is the deal we men have with this fear of rejection...do the women wnat us to approach them as much as we want to approach them....

It's not the one that can be answered briefly, but to make it brief - single women want to be approached, but they want to be approached by those men who they find worth the attention -the men who know how to approach and who come across as interesting people who are different from the majority of the mediocre guys out there.

Those few men who learn how to surpass women's shields that were built due to the frustration of meeting boring, cheesy men, and who can convey who they are early on in a way that makes them come across as attractive have much success meeting women.
