Hello my name is Bob and my question to you is "how do I ask out a girl I like in a safe and positive way? Also how do I know if A girl likes me?

Let's analyze this question a little, shall we?

What you're really asking me is, "How do I ask a woman out without taking any risks by being absolutely sure she already likes me?"

I'll bet you already know my answer.

Bob, dating and relationships are all about risks. You can't meter them away or expect a woman to do your job (as the man) for you. You have to be bold and take risks if you want to get what you want.

Further, women are experts at keeping their real agendas a secret. In effect, you can never really know her level of interest. Thus, you have to work from your own level of interest instead and learn to build that interest in women. The good news is that this isn't difficult to do once you know how women think!

So, to answer your question:

First, decide what you want. Do you want a number, a date, etc.

Second, don't "ask", tell her what you want. Just say, "give me your number" or "clear up Saturday night so we can go out."

Third, if she turns you down, realize that is her loss - not yours. There are millions up on millions of women out there any one of which would be a great choice for you to date. Don't focus on someone that doesn't know any better. Go find the ones that do.
