Dear Doctor.

I would like to get a doubt clarified by you. I am from India. Generally, if a guy intentionally ignores a girl, and if that girl has a crush on him, would that girl rush to him to get his attention. Will she take steps to ensure that she does not lose him.

In the sense, is ignoring the girl the right strategy to attract the girl .

Thanks for your letter.

A girl always lets a guy when she is interested in him, but the funny thing is that how she show it is so subtle, you have to really know what to look for, and most men miss it.

Ignoring women on the other hand does nothing  to advance any relationship. Flirting lightly and balanced teasing are far more effective.
