I have been pursing the woman of my dreams for sometime now and apparently she never new of my feelings for her. I tried things like writing her letters, making her filipino treats and sending her nice text messages. About 90% of the time she ignores me. I wrote her a long letter telling her everything I ever wanted to say to her and finally gave it to her one day. Obviously she was not interested in me but it wasn't a no or never answer to me. Filipino women are different, they say you really have to pursue them. I don't know if I should keep trying or not and I'm running out of ideas to try and win her over. I would really appreciate some advice. I send her nice text messages because that is about all I can do since she rarely takes my calls or even returns my messages.

Frankly, I think you've blown it with all of this. Going to these extremes isn't going to help you - it's going to hurt you.
You're wrong in thinking that Filipino women are "different". In fact, they aren't. They are biologically programmed just like women all over the world. How do I know this? Simple: I've talked to tens of thousands of people from all over the world - even the Philippines - and they issues, expectations, desires and even our "mating rituals" are all the same.
If this woman has ignored you to this degree, it's time to move on. Not only will this get you out of your current head space (thinking that she's the only woman for you) but it'll also give you the only chance you may have of getting her. If she's really interested (which frankly, I seriuosly doubt) she'll feel like she's lost you and start chasing.
My advice however is to not hold out hope for this. It's very unlikely considering her current reactions.
