hi how are you? Well heres my thing. I met this girl like one month back through a friend well we talk and i think shes interested in me. But i dont want her interested in me i want her liking me enough to date me. I talk to her almost every day i make jokes she laughs.she texts me sometimes.oops forgot say yea um in college and never had a problem previous to this with girls. and whenever im in her dorms she comes looking for me but how do i take this to the next level. like how do i know when to ask her out??

You want to learn how to "convert".

You're right on that it's your job to make this happen. Many guys either don't know this or are too scared and try to get the girl to do it for them. This always fails by the way.

There are many levels of conversion you want to understand. You need to know how to convert to the first introduction to a "close" (getting a number, date, sex, etc.) You want to know how to convert digits into dates. You want to know how to convert dates into sex and sex into relationships.

Your question specifically deals with converting to dating. This is always best done quickly. You've taken some time, but not too much. One month is about the limit so it's time to get moving!

Contact this girl (I hope you have her number - if not, GET IT by just telling her to give it to you.) Call her up or see her in person (the latter being the best) and say, "Hey, I've enjoyed getting to know you a little bit. Let's get together and hang out so I can get to know you better."

It's just that easy!

Next, you need to have some specifics. Tell her you want her to clear up this next weekend (or whenever) and you and she can go have a drink or coffee or play video games or whatever.
