hi,i aminternational student.and i am from srilanka so i got brown colour skin.i studing in australia.to earn money i am doing part time jobs such as clening and dishwashing job in a restaurant.i want to make a girl frind,but because of my shit jobs i think they will not like me///girls speaking with other staff members very friendly but not with me,,plese give me advices which i can use to make a good girl friend???

Your attitude has far more to do with your success your jobs or the color of your skin. It's confidence that will carry you with women.

Of course, these jobs are not careers and you're studying to become something even more than you are today. Women see potential much more than they see present. Stop thinking that you're not worthy of women because of what you do or what you are. Realize that you're in a state of becoming something. That's the fact you want to present to women.

Do you know what women report as the sexiest thing they see in men? Confidence. Do you know what they say is the second sexiest attribute? A sense of humor, but if you really think about this, they are the same thing! In order to have a sense of humor, you have to be confident about your ability to see what is funny and to take the risk of failing by pointing it out.

So, the bottom line is this: work on your confidence level by seeing where you're going, not where you are. That is the best direction you can take.
