Dear Madam,

1. I want to know how can you judge a woman interested in you?

2. I know a girl since last 3 years. Some times she laugh when she looks  me and talking as she is in favour of me and doing my work on top priority. Sometimes she is against me  and once she did complaint with her friend. Sometimes she start ignoring me without any reason.

Once I asked to attand a function organised by our company she said if you attand then I will come otherwise not.

She never denied directly and never says truth in reply of my question

I don't know what she want. How can I know what she wants from me?

Please help me.

I'm not a "madam", I'm a "sir", but I'll answer your question anyway!

1) To be honest, this is extremely difficult to do as women are experts at hiding their interest in men. Except in rare instances, women won't be very obvious about this, so, if you're looking for an absolutely risk-free situation so you can ask her out, you're not going to get very far.

The most important fact however is that this doesn't really matter that much! What does matter is your own ability to create her interest. There are many women that are with guys they originally didn't even like until they got to know them.

2) All of this is pretty subtle stuff and it's very difficult from your description to tell what interest she has in your - or not.

What I suggest is that you find a funciton you both can attend and simply tell her that you and she are going together. It's that simple. Then during the event, get to know her by asking her about her background, likes and dislikes, etc. Most important, plan your next date before this one ends.

The bottom line on all of this is that unless you ask her specifically what her interests in you are, you're not likely to know. On the other hand, you don't have to as you can create that interest by being the guy she's looking for.
