hi dr.neder, my name is jared im 16 years old and since middle school this girl brittany and i have been really close although we never dated we both really liked each other but i screwed things up by never asking her out because i was dating her best friend at the time when we got to high school i called her and told her how i felt and she turned me down she said that im to good a friend and she doesnt see me that way but yesterday she called me from my best friends cell phone remember now i havent talked to her in forever and she acted like someone else then said it was brittany, and asked if i liked her and i said she was alright we have had a few good and bad times but i still love her and she told my friends that we used to have feelings for each other and my buddy asked if she could ever have those feelings again and she said i dont know, so my question is how can i get her to have those feelings again make her attracted to me again like old times any tips on what to and not to do, and what to say and not to say to her. thanks doc your the best

You can't - she never had those feelings in the first place. You became her friend. That's where it ends for girls. If you want (or may ever want) something more than just a friendship with a girl, don't become her friend first.
