Specify both??? Ok: laughter and romance.
I have no clue what you're asking me here, but what bothers me about this question is that you're even concerned with trying to get a girl to like you. That is entirely the wrong way to go.
You can create attraction in any woman at any time, and making her laugh is ONE key of many. Intially, being romantic will work against you - it'll make you look creepy.
Get this through your head right now: don't use attraction as a way to get women to do your work for you. You can't create enough attraction to entirely change all the rules of the game. It's YOUR job to approach women, close them and set-up dates. It's NOT her job - and she knows it.
Don't think you can make her all nuts for you and that she'll then take all the risk for you - it won't work.
