This is not a question directly relate to attracting woman. But I'm curious.
First,I'm not quite sure what does rings on each finger means. Looking at internet, I found out ring on index finger means a girl's looking for someone?

ok, if that's true, I then noticed a girl working in a supermarket. She just wear a diamond ring on her index finger,  that looks strange,is it?
Usually a diamond ring wiht a big carat means engagement or at least in love/commitment. But how could she put it on index finger while not middle or ring finger.

Is that sort of joking or teasing?
would you explain possible options in this case?

Unfortunately, I can't explain all the "options" - there are just far too many of them! Let me give you an example:

Most women (in the US) wear their wedding rings on their left-hand ring finger (the finger next to the pinky). It's "generally" accepted that women who are looking for someone will wear rings on the ring-finger of their RIGHT hands.

One time, I was in Austria meeting women at a bar, but I wasn't doing very well. Finally, the bartender (a woman) took pity on me and explained that in that part of the world, the women wear their wedding rings on their RIGHT hands - opposite of us here in the US!

Even last week, I had a date with a woman that was absolutely single, but wearing a ring on the left-hand ring finger! I asked her why she did that and she said, “Because it fits better.”

The point of all of this is that you can't really be sure, and while there are "standards", there are no absolutes. Your best bet is to use the fact that a woman's wearing a ring on an unusual finger as an approach! Go up to her and ask her why she chose to wear that ring on that finger and see what she says. Then, get her number!
