hey doc, its matt. doc, there has been this girl lisa that ive liked for well over a year now i know a long time right??.. anyways i made the mistake of becoming her friend first and working it from the inside big mistake and she told me she clearly just wasnt interested well she said she didnt want a boyfriend one thing ive learned from you is theres a big difference between what women say and what they mean. anyways im 18 shes 17 we stopped talking for a few months and i went for it again it was hard and akward by the way but we started talking again and i feel like theres some sort of chemistry there on both sides now lisa barely ever used to text me and when she did she would just say hi whatsup or hey now shes like hey you.. ya know a little more flirty are these signs i should be picking up on doc?.. and whenever we stop textin she writes me back later and asked why we stopped am i right doc that she may be interested.. it sounds like she might be if not how do you know that a girl is without them actually coming out and saying it. thanks a million. What I think happened was that she was interested in you at one time a long time ago. She's no longer interested in dating you, but is interested in your attention because it makes her feel good about herself.

Frankly, I don't think you have a chance here and you should move on. There are a number of things you can do, but still, I think you're wasting your time. The best option is to simply stop contacting her, tell her that she knows what you want and until she's willing to pursue that, you don't have any attention to give her.
