I have 1998 audi a6 ,the can oil light flashes and beeps 3 times while
the tachometer is not working at the same time. I would appreciate your help and
advice .Also the ABS and brake lights flash.Thankyou.

Get the codes read out of the computer.  Your local import or accesory store can help you with that.  If the oil light flashes and beeps, it could be warning of low oil pressure, if that is the case, do not drive the car, get an expert to check it out.  Let me know what the codes are,  Jan
