Question
How can I get just the radio to work?  And, does the cd slave have an internal fuse/breaker?  It does not work.

your radio needs to be service  or rebuilt all the capacitors need to be replace

or radio needs to be change  don't buy a radio from a junk yard they are all defective  
a new radio from ford dealer just for been in the box all this time is defective
