Question
Im trying to install a clarion head unit in my 96 cherokee . 'i am not getting any sound out of my speakers . i hooked a spare speaker behind the radio and it gave sound > Do the hand controls on the steering wheel have any thing to do with this ?/  Please help me install this thing!!!!

Answer
There is only one way to fit an aftermarket head unit and retain the factory extras and that's with an adaptor harness. you should also have the dash panel adaptor kit to fit an ISO DIN head unit such as Ebay item 230045314500
Autotoys.com have a selection that might fit the bill.
