Question
Hi Ernesto,

I have a 1999 Honda Accord LX and the factory radio/stereo system has a CD button on it...So in 2000 I had a 10-disc CD changer installed in the trunk and it was all working fine..When you push the CD button on the stereo it switches, push the AM/FM button, switches to radio, etc...

Now recently my car battery died and I replaced it with a brand new battery..However ever since, the radio and cassette work fine but the CD button does not work at all...I cannot switch it to the CD changer by pressing the CD button on the stereo..It seems like the CD button has no effect..Either the button is not working or it's not detecting the CD changer? Any thoughts..Thanks

Answer
unplug the cd changer and eject the cd magazine
