Hi,
My car has a 3 CD changer. I have to take out a panel and put in 3 CDs. This is how it works. These days I'm having problem with it. The CDs get stuck, when I try to eject, I can hear some kind of sound coming out it, but nothing actually happens. It displays ERR3 on the display panel.
Please let me know if anything can be done.

your error code means there's a problem with the mechanisim. it could be just a belt or a small bit of foreign debris (dust, etc.). or it could be teeth broken on one or more gears in the gear train. if you take it out and take it to a shop, you could be looking at a $200 repair ticket quite easily. i suggest getting an exact replacement stereo from a junkyard. you can go ahead and get an aftermarket unit, but you can run into all sorts of wiring problems like factory amps not working anymore, certain speakers not working, yada, yada. if you choose a different stereo, let the pros install it so it works....
