Question
The display window shows Error 3.  The cd player will not function at all.  Any idea what Error 3 pertains to?

Hi Ken,
Knowing the car doesn't help my friend as it is merely a host for the radio that supplies the mountings and power, the head unit is what we need to know about.
The error codes are in the manual, if you don't have one then you will need to identify the unit and go to this site and download an Adobe PDF file,
