My wife has a 2004 Chevy Cavalier. She started her car and the radio did not come on. Not even the clock. I checked the radio fuse underneath the panel and the fuse was still good. Can you let me knoiw what other things to try.

sounds like a 'fusible link' has failed. these are specific size section of wire designed to burn out at the slightest hint of trouble. you will probably need some type of service manual for the car to find it, or just run new wire. tracing the wire back is hard to do, but that's what you have to look forward to.
