Question
I have a 2008 Chevy Cobalt with AM/FM/CD factory installed stereo. Will this unit have the necessary jacks on the rear of the radio to operate an after market amp?

Answer
no there are no jacks for amplifier
and it is bad idea to tap on the wires be very careful

there was a way to do that on the gm vehicles from 2000 to 2006 some 2007 but i am sure this interface don't work on 2008

again this is for the older vehicles only
