Question
I received a "phone" error message, it blinking between that and a radio station dial, from there it went blank, and no sound.  Now it doesn't come on at all.  I'm not too familiar with stereo systems, or what to look for.  What do you suggest? I want to steer clear of taking it to the dealership.

check all the fuses first there is one on each fuse box and there is one more fuse behind the radio 3 fuses if they are all good
the radio power supply when bad  and radio needs to be exchange
never repair this radio it cost to much and it will do it again
