Take a look at the two URLs above.  They may be helpful in understanding the wiring colors used.  They are different year but there were few changes made from you '92 to those shown.

You can also purchase a wiring harness for your vehicle that will allow you to match a connector with pigtail leads then quick-twist them to the radio unit. This makes for easy connection and easy to pull the radio out later if you need to.  You can find these at:

www.installer.com
or
www.crutchfield.com
and go to their "outfit my car" option.

A wiring harnesses are usually about $12.

If you are technically able with a VOM you can test out the wiring with the ohmmeter and put a tape on each wire labeling where it goes, then match it to the corresponding wires coming out of the radio unit.  But, believe me the wiring harness is the easier way to go.

The wiring chart for your Kenwood radio unit is found on page 26 of the owners manual.  If you do not have it, please download it from:

This should get you going.  Please come back to me if you have any further questions.

PS:
Here is the wiring harness that will work for you at installer.com

Here is the wiring harness from crutchfield - which comes free if you had purchased the Kenwood from them:
