Hey, i have a Technics SA-EX700... everything works fine.... like the wiring and sound its fine.... here is the catch.... it is stuck in one mode... "TV" i cannot switch it to PHONO, VCR or TUNER... the volume is fine... and i can adjust the bass/treble knobs.. i don't know what happened.... all i can tell you is i had it on while gaming and a power outage happened.. and after i turned it on i found out that the buttons stopped working... so if you have and answers please let me know asap.. so i can fix it or get it fixed...

Answer
You'll need to check your owners guide to verify this, but your system may have a factory reset function. On my receiver, it's a matter of pressing a certain number of buttons simultaneously while powering up.

I'm not positive, but hopefully your receiver can do this.
