Question
volume buttoms aren't working and instructions say press reset, but doesn't show location? Also screen wont play just say disabled for safety..How do i get it to work?  Or should I return to seller?

Answer
On account of buttons not working (when car is in park) I would return the unit.

On account of no video play - that is the way it should work when car is moving.  If NAV, then it should show the screen, but in video play it is illegal to have motion video from dvd while car is moving.
