Question
The unit will not power on,the light for reote works. The remote will not power unit on either. The fuse looks ok any help would be appreciated

Answer
Disconnect all the speaker wires at the back of the receiver and try it without any speaker loads.

If it still refuses to power up then it has an internal problem and will need service.

If it powers up ok with speakers disconnected connect one at a time and see if one of them causes this failure. If so, that speaker is either shorted out (voice coil) or the wiring is bad.

Try that and let me know more.
