Question
i have a question  about my radio cd code? it's keep telling me i need code. and  i need you help me with that?

Answer
Yes, you must obtain the code.  It is a security code to prevent thieves from wanting to steal the radio out of the car it is installed into. It is activated whenever the unit power is dropped such as when the battery goes dead, a wire breaks, the unit is removed or stolen from the car.

If you are the original owner of the car it comes with this code and you are instructed to keep it safe for when the unit loses power.  If you purchased the car used you should always ask for the code or you will be in this predicament.

You can start by inquiring to the car dealer of your make or the manufacturer of the radio unit.   They will refer you to a service agency who keeps track of the serial numbers and codes.  There is a fee you must pay to receive the code and you will be required to show proof of ownership.

There are a few places online that claim they can acquire the code for you.  You can try them and see if it works.  You can just google around and find them easily.  Here is one - that I have not used, but seems to be legitimate.
