Question
I installed a PA11-CHR in a 2004 Ram with the RAZ headunit. The headunit will not go to cd changer mode and the PA11 does not appear to be charging the ipod. Do I need to reset the HU or program it to access the cd changer controls somehow?

Answer
check the dip switches on the interface  put them on direct mode ,
also your radio needs to have cd changer controls  some RAZ head units don't have that, check the owners manual to see if a changer was optional

you can remove the power from the radio for about 10 minutes that will reset the radio, but the ipod needs to at least charge

if you have the same problem return the unit it is defective
good luck
