Audio Systems/no audio sounds

Question
I have a 1996 lincoln continental and I'm having the same problems that they other person was having.  I have had everything check, receiving fire, but nothing is coming through my display. All fuses are good.  It is a JBL factory radio.  I know the radio is in the trunk by the spare tire and the tape player is in the front, now what could be my problem.

there are 3 fuses for this system  check them all

if you have a volt metter go in the trunk and test for power in the last plug going to the front

you need to find 2 power  one with ignition off and 2 with ignition on if the power is there

radio or amplifier are fefective, most likely the controller at front is defective
