Question
I have the above stereo in my 99 Regal GS. Just recently I noticed that the steering wheel volume control stopped working and now, my stereo will not let me load a cassette.(I have been using a cassette adapter to listen to my IPOD through my stereo so would like to get this working again). All other functions of the stereo and CD player work. The stereo however shows the "Tape In" light on even though there is no tape in and the stereo will not let me load a tape. It stays up in the eject position w/o ejecting a cassette, I have to pull it out. Any suggestions about fixing this problem. Could I try to reset the stereo to see if it would work? How can I reset it if that is the case? ANy help please is truly appreciated.
there is no reset, the radio needs to be repair after the radio is working again don't insert the electronic tape again they damage radios all the tape
your player was made to play music tapes only
you need to input audio use this
