Question
I have a 2001 ford explorer it has a back seat control but doesnt work also the lights are not iluminated on the radio itself at night with the lights on, my other question is what other years from ford will fit?

any ford radio from 1999 to 2002 will fit your vehicle
for radio display are a normal problem  it is a bad power supply that needs to be repair the rear seat controls  plug in to the mail plug
the terminals behind that plug always make bad contact and needs to be re solder

all this problems can be repair  also if you order a new power supply to fix the lights problem they are sending new plugs for the back of the radio
