Question
Hi. I just had my Bose 6-CD changer repaired for the second time. Only this time, after I installed it, the security code won't work. I've entered it repeatedly, but to no avail. Any thoughts??

Answer
Well, make sure you are entering it correctly. After 3 times erroneously it probably needs to be reset. Read through the owners manual for reset procedure. If no specific reset is given, try removing power for 30 minutes; then try it again.

This should clear it up for you, but let me know if there is more.
