Question
I have connected my PC to the receiver using the line out / speaker jack on the PC to dual (L/R channel) RCA jacks, however the sound is only coming out of one speaker, the long rectangular center speaker. Any idea how I can get the other speakers in on the act?

Answer
Here's a couple things you can check...

1 - Make sure the cable you are running from the PC to the receiver is a stereo plug to 2 RCA.

2 - Check your receiver settings (if available) and make sure you are not on a "Pro Logic" setting. You want the standard stereo output. This kind of ties in to #1 because in Pro Logic decoding, if it detects the exact same signal coming from L and R, it will put it out through the center channel speaker. If the cable you are using is a mono plug to 2 RCA, everything you send out of that cable will be sent to the center. (There is a longer explanation for this, but it's very wordy and technical, so just take my word for it!)

I hope this helps you out. Let me know if you need any more help.
