Question
i have a 1999 honda accord i unplugged the radio to get a stuck CD in it and
when i plugged it back it popped code...  How can i get that code?

Answer
Is it the anti-theft code?  If so, it came with the car.  You must show proof of ownership at the Honda dealer who can obtain it for you after they get the serial number.  The cost is in the $30 to $40.

There are a couple of code suppliers online who claim they can get it for you too.

Try:

or google for others.

Hope this helps, but let me know if there is more to the story.
