i have never done any kind of work on car before.. so plz a simple answer and instruction will be great.
i have Chevy mark3 van 1991.  i need to replace old cd player with new one.  what i need to do?
i will really appreciate it.

Answer
There are many choices for you which must be made before you can decide the specific installation procedure.

Here is my recommendation - to keep it as simple as possible.

Go to:

http://www.crutchfield.com/cgi-bin/autoinfo/autoinfo.asp?lp=%2fapp%2fCar%2fMyCar...

This "outfit my car" will lead you to a range of products that will fit your vehicle.  Cructhfield team is expert in knowing what works and fits for a given level of audio performance. If you decide to purchase the cd player from them it will come with an instruction sheet explaining how it goes in.

Once you have decided on what cd player you would like to choose you must decide if an external amplifier and new speakers are necessary to enhance the sound of the system.

So, take it this far and let me know more next time - if you need.
