Question
i have a 99 F-150 and it had a breathalyser in it. well i took it some where and they took it out but cut a hole lot of wires and now my radio wont come on nor will my: wipers, 4weel drive, or gauges. so it is rather serious.
i dont know if you can help but i would like to hear what your opinions are

Answer
I am not familiar with an installed breathalyser so I cannot give you much help.  The audio systems, however, is a straightforward matter.  The other items maybe not too difficult, either.

Since the wiring was whacked out it should not be too difficult to wire them back up - minus the breathalyzer.  You will need a wiring guide for the truck.

Here are some places to start - if you intend to do it on your own:

(Go to the bottom of the page on the above URL)

You can google for other bits of information.

Sorry I can't be more help.

PS:
Most car parts shops have manuals for the ford trucks with various kinds of wiring diagrams.
