Hi, I sure hope you can help with this problem with the Bose 6 cd changer in our 2005 Envoy. While loading CDs, the display read "initializing" and now it won't eject or play any of the CDs. The manual only suggests taking it to the GM dealer - any suggestions? Thank you very much!

sorry but there is no much i can do to help you
i seen a few stock like that and when i open them   it was not easy to work  i believe  that i destroy 2 units because i didn't know what i was doing,
it will be best to take it to a service center to be repair
or buy  a rebuild unit from oemautosound.com
