Please what's the difference between the Millenium Ed and the Exc Millenium Ed of the Mazda Millenia audio system?

Sorry, I don't know. You must consult with the owner manuals of the two cars, I suppose.
You are in Australia where the composition of features is different from the USA, but here in the USA there are generally several options available for the audio; 4 speakers systems, 6 speaker systems and with subs, etc. Maybe it is the same where you are, but I suspect there are many possible levels of audio systems for each model that were available during any model year.
