Question
Our factory radio works well except for the LED display will not light.  Therefore I can't see what station is playing ,view the time and etc. During a trip on a very rough road the display lighted and was fully readable, but then more rough road and it shut off again, to completely black. I would like to fix this myself and am very handy.  How do I remove the radio from the dash and replace the defective display or what else do I do to fix he problem.

Answer
