Question
I have an 97' Ford Expedition and for some reason I only have sound out of the right front speaker. I have check the balance and when i turn it to the left side, there is no sound! There has been a couple of times that the right front speaker has static lasting a few seconds. How do i check to see if the speakers are the problem or the stereo itself?

Answer
If you have the jbl premium sound it will be a bad amplifier,
if not, it is only a defective radio, this can be repair or you can buy a rebuild unit the ford part number is F75F-19B165-DA can be found for about 120.00 from here
