Question I bought a 08 Vw Bug back in Nov. 07,it came with a regular stock audio system (not a Monsoon). In Dec of 08 the dealership where I purchased my car, replaced the deck only(the buttons on the radio kept getting stuck)otherwise the system worked fine. I noticed right away that the sound level was not what it used to be and called the Dealership to find out why. They said they swapped my deck out for the same kind, except the new deck is a Monsoon, which is better than what I originally had. So why am I having extremly low level sound issues now???
Answer Wow how can they be that stupid,
they need to replace with the same radio ,same model
the monsoon radio requieres a monsson amplifier if not there volume is not going to be loud
you have to go back to the dealer, now force them to give you the amplifier and wiring
