Question
I can not get the wireless head phones in my 2006 Ford Expedition EB addition to work.  I can hear a little static but no movie audio.

Answer
Well, not much to go on.  

Problem could be in the headphone receiver or audio or the transducers.

Problem could also be in the wireless transmitter.

If you have another headphone or could find/borrow one or get from a dealer just for check that would tell you if the problem is in the headphones or in the transmitter.

And, if you could find an EB with wireless transmitter you could try your headphones on the other car....

Maybe this will help you determine how to proceed.

But, if you have tried reinstalling batteries, rebooting, etc. and seems to be a real equipment working problem then you may end up having to go into a car install/repair shop for troubleshooting.
