Question
I was given a Legacy LCD15DX radio for my car but no adapter cable. I opened radio to check pinout of connector and found that 4 capacitors had bulged and a resistor appears burnt.
I can unsolder the caps to replace them per their labeling; however, resistor R428 value is unreadable. How to find out?

Answer
don't waste your time fixing that radio,it is one of the worse units available
