Question
radio installed works good until car is shut off when car is restarted no sound to the speakers if you unplug all the speakers and plug them back in the sound works until the power to the car is shut off and turned back on. Any ideas? Any help would be great! Thanks Elwin!

Yes, wiring is not correct.

A.  The remote turn on coming from the ignition to the dual may not be correct.  

B.  And, you may have a miswire on one of the speaker lines or speakers.   Did you use the correct wiring harness?  Try disconnecting all but one speaker and then connect one at a time to see if one of them is causing the problem.
